Videoguys' Windows Tips & Tricks

We've been offering some of the worlds best tips and tweaks for optimizing your OS (Operating System) since Windows 95. While these tips are aimed at digital video, they work great for gamers, graphics and just about any other power users. Most of these tips are very simple to do and can have an immediate and dramatic impact on your systems performance. Others are more subtle and require a bit more computer knowledge.

Make sure you back up your system and all important data BEFORE you start implementing any of them! We've tested them with excellent results, as have thousands of our customers but sometimes things can go wrong. By taking some extra precautions and backing up, these problems willl be an inconvenience, not a disaster.

Our best advice is to downlaod and read all the tips & tweaks for your OS first. Pick a few of the easiest ones to do first. Then test your system as you go, seeing what kind of improvements you get along the way. By the time you are finished optimizing your OS, you'll have become much more knowledgable about how the OS functions and what you can do to ensure top notch performance!!
