The DCS 200 combines the ability to capture video from any camcorder, VCR or TV with the ability to read photos, video or audio files from all current flash card media. The DCS 200 hardware converts your video into DVD quality MPEG-2 video in real-time so there is no need to go back and convert the video later. Converting the video to MPEG-2 in software can take up to 5 hours for a one hour video but the DCS 200 does it all for you automatically as you capture the video to your PC saving you valuable time. The DCS 200 also includes three powerful software solutions to edit and share multimedia. Dazzle MovieStar 5 lets you capture and edit your video, cutting out unwanted scenes, adding titles and 3D transitions, adding background audio, voice over narrations and Hollywood-style special effects. MovieStar 5 also lets you share your video on videotape, Video CD, S-VCD, DVD, video email or by Webcasting it across the Internet. Dazzle DVD Complete software allows you to take your edited videos and add menus and titles, burn directly to a DVD disc and even design your own DVD disc label. Dazzle OnDVD gives users the ability to create a photo slideshows that can be burned to CD for playback on a DVD Player. The Dazzle DCS 200 turns your PC into a true DVD Creation Station.

DVD Encoder Chip Saves Time and Space
The DCS 200 has a DVD encoder chip inside which automatically converts video in real time into DVD format before it lands on your hard disk. You not only save a lot of hard disk space but since your video is in the DVD format already, you do not need to convert the video later which can take between 4 and 10 hours per on hour video.
