    The Let's EDIT software's realtime video editing and effects capabilities are powerful and easy to use and feature exciting movie-style effects using stackable video filters, such as Old Movie, Blur, Pencil Sketch and color correction; 2D and 3D transitions, such as 3D Dissolve, Cube Spin and Page Peels; and customizable effects, such as Chroma Key, Picture-in-Picture and speed control. Let's EDIT also offers two video tracks for realtime mixing and playback of up to three video clips at the same time, as well as simultaneous title and graphics tracks with motion and opacity controls.

    Let's EDIT software features Canopus's proprietary Media Technologies to provide the highest-quality DV and MPEG video output.   • Picture-in-Picture is an excellent way to show action from two different angles simultaneously and is used extensively in television, particularly in sporting broadcasts.

    Movie-style special effects filters
    Realtime movie-style effects can be applied to video in any combination to produce unlimited special effects possibilities.

  • Blend Effects allows you to apply an effect over time, or move from one (or more) effect to another.
  • The Strobe filter can either switch between the video clip and a single color frame at set intervals and durations, or switch between motion and freeze frames.
  • Region filtering can provide a masking option to block out sections of the screen, making it useful for adding captions or subtitles.
  • Old Movie adds the unique charm and qualities that only aged film possesses. Adjustable options include the amount of hair, scratches and grain, as well as flicker and jittering.

  • A classic 3D transition used to curl off one video clip to reveal another beneath it. With the Page Peel transition in Let’s EDITyou can specify a direction to peel with a variation setting set for the opposite direction.
  • Alpha Wipe transitions are smooth, flat wipes from one video clip to another. Alpha Wipe transitions in Let's EDIT come in over 80 different shapes for you to choose from.
  • Bounce on a ball shaped video clip and have it unfurl into shape with the Sphere transition, or do the reverse. Other options include adjusting the direction of the sphere, its depth and whether the sphere should rotate or not.
  • Spin your video around with Cube Spin. Choose a direction, rotation path, the amount of spins, and even place a custom picture or video into the background.
